Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Dublin, NH is hiring for BHTs on the overnight shift. You will manage daily residential operations, train the BHT team, escalate crises when needed, and maintain a warm recovery environment for clients.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, CPR certification, and a year of sobriety if in recovery. Strong leadership and empathetic communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications, etc.).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all rules, policies and procedures.
