Responsibilities

• Ensure client safety and conduct routine safety checks.
• Engage clients in therapeutic activities and supervise meals and activities.
• Document services, incident reports, and shift reports accurately.
• Coordinate healthcare visits with nursing and ensure timely access to services.
• Maintain inventory and organize supplies for staff use.
• Support medication compliance by guiding residents to nursing for medications.
