Job summary

Pasadena Villa in Sevierville, TN, is seeking an Experienced Therapist I to provide individual, group and family therapy in an Intensive Outpatient/Partial Hospitalization setting. You will assess client needs, develop plans, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a Master’s degree in social work or counseling, licensure pursuit, and CPR certification, with a 2nd shift schedule Sunday-Thursday 1:00 PM–9:00 PM. A signing/retention bonus may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, counseling, or related field, and be actively pursuing licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LMHC).
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with emotionally dysregulated population (young adults and adults) in mental health or education.
• Requires valid State Driver’s License and current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates group, family and individual therapy sessions as scheduled.
• Completes psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, logs and discharge plans per guidelines.
• Documents timely and accurately; reflects ongoing clinical assessments.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate client care.
