Job summary

Pasadena Villa is seeking an Experienced Therapist I to provide individual, group, and family therapy in a outpatient mental health setting at Smoky Mountain Lodge, Sevierville, TN. The role involves assessing clients, developing treatment plans, and coordinating care with families and partners.

Qualified candidates hold a Master's in social work or related field and are pursuing licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC), with at least two years of relevant experience and a valid driver's license,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and pursuing state licensure.
• Minimum of two years’ experience with emotionally dysregulated population.
• Valid State Driver’s License and current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates individual, group and family therapy sessions as scheduled.
• Completes psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans and discharge plans per guidelines.
• Completes documentation within prescribed formats and timelines.
• Maintains records reflecting ongoing clinical assessments and behaviors.
• Facilitates specialized groups and may supervise clinical interns.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate client care.
• Responds to clients and families with empathy and professional skills.
