Job summary

Qualifications

• More than 2 years of behavioral health experience.
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Training in Medical terminology and CNA.
• Special Training in Basic Life Support and CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon admission to the Behavioral Health Unit and provide orientation.
• Present the daily activity schedule and set behavior expectations for patients.
• Lead group sessions to develop patient relationships and track progress.
• Offer interventions as needed and establish rapport and trust with patients.
• Assist with patient personal care and health monitoring as required.
