Job summary

MercyOne Davenport Medical Center, part of MercyOne Health System, is hiring a Patient Care Tech for 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm). This role supports nursing staff, assists with patient care tasks, and helps with housekeeping, equipment, and supply maintenance in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the provision of safe, quality patient care as delegated by the Registered Nurse.
• Provide assistance to nursing staff and physicians in various patient care and non-patient care activities.
• Perform tasks in a caring and efficient manner that support customer service and assist with department housekeeping and supply/equipment/facility maintenance tasks.
