Job summary
Merakey is seeking a Team Lead for our behavioral health program in Kentucky. This part-time, 2nd shift role (4p-12a) supports residents, implements policy, and coordinates with the nursing team.
You will monitor daily living activities, accompany clients on community trips, and ensure safety and timely documentation. Weekend shifts included; Merakey offers benefits and flexible pay options.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of experience working in Mental/Behavioral health.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Provides counseling to individual clients and promotes recovery.
- Works with team members and nurse to meet residents’ needs.
- Monitors daily living activities and health and safety of clients.
