Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Team Lead to provide guidance and support to residents on the 2nd shift (weekends) in Philadelphia. You will counsel clients, assist with daily living activities, and coordinate with the team and nursing staff to meet resident needs.

The role requires documenting progress and ensuring safety, with training and compliance participation. The position offers a range of benefits and a compensation of $19.60 per hour, reflecting the responsibilities and commitment to quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience working in Mental/Behavioral health.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Works with team and on-call administrator to address issues.
• Completes site and licensing documentation in a timely manner.

Job description

Our Team Lead provides support and guidance to all residents. Implements program policy and procedure according to program regulations and guidelines. Provides counseling to individual clients, processing concerns and issues with them in a manner that promotes recovery. Works collaboratively with team members and nurse on shift to ensure all residents needs are met. Implements and monitors clients daily living activities, including but not limited to personal hygiene, bathing, shaving, grooming, dressing, laundry and room care. Accompanies and monitors clients on community trips, engages clients in social and leisure activities and assures health and safety of the clients, maintains accurate and adequate records. Monitors complaints with house rules. Reports to administrator on call any immediate or unusual situations and mediate problematic issues between clients in a timely manner. Attends and participates in all trainings and meetings. Timely completion of all site and licensing documentation pertaining to client progress and site concerns.

2nd Shift 4p-12 weekends
