Qualifications

• Licensed therapist with current state licensure.
• Must have a Master's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as facility authority, ensuring safe, effective care policies and treatment protocols.
• Lead staff development, supervise clinicians, and oversee clinical integrity.
• Manage referral relationships, budgets, and operational KPIs.
• Develop SMART goals quarterly to improve facility performance.
