Join the DoubleTree by Hilton McLean Tysons as a Bartender with B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group. You will prepare and serve beverages in a friendly, professional manner, follow health regulations, and maintain an inviting bar atmosphere.

Requires TIPS or CARE certification (preferred) and 1+ year bartending experience; English proficiency is essential. The role includes evening shifts and opportunities for career growth within a respected hospitality group in the McLean Tysons area.

Qualifications

• TIPS or CARE beverage service certification desired, or ability to obtain certification.
• 1+ years of bartending experience or Bartender certification.
• Exemplary customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to speak, understand, and write English to meet guest needs and complete paperwork.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds regularly; up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Physically demanding responsibilities such as walking, standing, carrying, and moving about the property.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests, take and deliver beverage orders according to standards.
• Dispense alcoholic beverages and adhere to brand standards and state/local liquor laws.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, manage inventory, and restock as needed.
• Complete required paperwork and shift end inventory.
