Midas Hospitality seeks a friendly Bartender to support our Food & Beverage operations. You will prepare and serve beverages, maintain a clean bar, and handle guest transactions with accuracy while ensuring a welcoming experience for hotel guests and restaurant patrons.

The ideal candidate enjoys fast-paced guest service, follows safety and sanitation standards, and meets legal age requirements to serve alcohol.

Qualifications

• Ability to prepare and serve beverages while following responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Excellent guest-service and communication skills.
• Accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain bar cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge guests promptly and provide welcoming service.
• Take beverage and food orders accurately and efficiently.
• Mix, prepare, and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Process guest payments accurately and promptly.
• Follow age verification and alcohol service rules.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and restock supplies.
• Promote menu items and specials to guests.
