Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months bartending experience and knowledge of cocktails.
• Bilingual required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver memorable dining experiences by crafting beverages and providing attentive service.
• Promote and craft drinks using suggestive selling to maximize revenues.
• Set up bar and back bar according to procedures.
• Monitor guest behavior and alcohol service as needed.
• Verify liquor inventory and complete requisition and stocking.
