Job summary

NCG Hospitality's DoubleTree by Hilton Madison East is seeking a bartender to craft memorable beverages and guest experiences. The role starts at $15.00 per hour, with higher wages possible for experienced candidates, and requires flexibility for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evening shifts.

You’ll set up the bar, promote drinks, monitor guest behavior, and maintain inventory, using your knowledge of cocktails and spirits. Bilingual applicants are preferred to serve a diverse guest mix.

Qualifications

• 6 months of bartending experience; knowledge of cocktails and spirits.
• Bilingual is required.
• Flexible availability: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday; evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver memorable dining experiences for guests while crafting beverages.
• Promote and craft drinks utilizing suggestive selling skills when possible.
• Set up bar and back bar according to established procedures.
• Monitors guest behavior and alcohol consumption to determine when service should cease.
• Verify liquor inventory and complete requisition and stock.
