Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Bartender to join our hospitality-focused team in Madison, WI. You will craft beverages, engage guests, ensure responsible service, and keep the bar clean and well-organized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of bartending experience.
• Bartending certification preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up bar with appropriate levels of liquor, juices, mixes, additives, and garnishes.
• Maintain clean and sanitized bar, glassware, and cutlery.
• Ensure guests are of legal drinking age.
• Prepare drink orders per bar standards and guest preferences.
• Present bills and collect payment.
• Engage and satisfy guests throughout service.
• Monitor guests for overconsumption and take action.
• Lock up and secure all beverage and equipment, deposit cash drops.
