Job summary

Crescent Hotels Group in Wisconsin is seeking a friendly bartender/server to prepare drinks and assist with lounge service, ensuring timely guest satisfaction. You will mix, garnish and present beverages, manage orders at the POS, and balance cash while maintaining a clean, sanitary bar area.

The role requires excellent English communication, a professional appearance, and a team-oriented attitude to support co-workers during busy shifts from 4pm to 11pm in a hotel lounge environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis, stocking beer, wine, spirits, paper products, condiments and produce.
• Responsible for maintaining stock, cutting and storing fresh garnishes, juices and perishables daily.
• Greets guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promotes and documents orders for drinks, and mixes/garnishes/presents drinks.
• Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
• Inputs orders into a register at the point of sale and creates a check for each guest, including those served by other beverage servers.
• Receives cash from guests, makes change, verifies charges, records charges and balances money.
• Locks up and stores all beverage, food and equipment and secures bank.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available regularly.
• Clean and maintain a sanitary space for guests and employees.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
