Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough is seeking a dependable Banquet Setup Attendant / Van Driver to join the hotel team. This role transports guests when needed and supports the setup, breakdown, and maintenance of banquet and meeting spaces.

The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team, with Monday–Thursday hours 3:00 PM–7:00 PM and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Friendly, reliable, and able to provide excellent guest service.
• Ability to lift and move banquet equipment.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Set up meeting and banquet rooms according to event specifications.
• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and equipment as needed.
• Assist with moving and positioning equipment and break down after events.
• Maintain clean and organized banquet areas and storage spaces.
• Respond to guest and event needs in a timely, professional manner.
