Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a dependable Van Driver / Banquet Setup Attendant for Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough. You will transport guests safely and assist with banquet setup and teardown, ensuring spaces are ready and welcoming for events.

The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment. Compensation is listed as $18–$19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Previous hotel, banquet, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
• Safely transport hotel guests to and from approved destinations.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests throughout their transportation experience.
• Set up meeting and banquet rooms according to event specifications.
• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment as needed.
• Assist with moving and positioning tables, chairs, and banquet equipment.
• Prepare meeting rooms prior to events and assist with breakdown after events.
• Keep banquet areas, storage areas, and equipment clean and organized.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough boasts 230 rooms, 3,500 sq ft of event space, restaurant, and bar. What you will have an opportunity to do: We are looking for a dependable and team-oriented Van Driver / Banquet Setup Attendant to join our hotel team. This position is responsible for safely transporting guests as needed while also assisting with the setup, breakdown, and maintenance of our banquet and meeting spaces. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, comfortable working independently, and able to provide excellent service to our guests.

Essential Responsibilities

• Schedule Monday through Thursday, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Van Driver Responsibilities

• Safely transport hotel guests to and from approved destinations.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests throughout their transportation experience.
• Perform basic vehicle safety checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Keep the hotel van clean and presentable.
• Follow all hotel policies, traffic laws, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor.

Banquet Setup Responsibilities

• Set up meeting and banquet rooms according to event specifications.
• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and other equipment as needed.
• Assist with moving and positioning tables, chairs, and banquet equipment.
• Prepare meeting rooms prior to events and assist with breakdown after events.
• Keep banquet areas, storage areas, and equipment clean and organized.
• Assist the banquet team with additional tasks as needed.
• Respond to guest and event needs in a timely and professional manner.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure meeting and event spaces are ready for guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely lift, carry, and move tables, chairs, and other banquet equipment.
