Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work.
• Associate's degree or two years of related experience in hospitality.
• Serv-Safe certification or obtain within one year.
• First Aid and CPR/AED certification or obtain within one year.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with online social media.
• At least 21 years old; able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work physically in banquet center setups and operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning work schedules for events at Water's Edge Banquet Center.
• Participate in day-of-event operations: room setups, beverage service, rentals, vendor access.
• Contribute to delivering positive customer experiences and maximize event revenue.
• Ensure top-tier customer service and accurate information for clients and vendors.
• Maintain vendor contracts and purchases per city policies and keep event records.
