Job summary

The role begins with five weeks of onsite training in Rosemont, Mon–Fri 8:30am–5pm Central.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years directly related experience in banking customer service.
• Banking customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer service via telephone and electronic channels in a fast-paced, multi-media contact center.
• Resolve deposit, loan, treasury management and other line-of-business issues by contacting the appropriate department.
• Advise and train internal customers on processes/procedures/systems.
• Provide ongoing relationship servicing to maintain goodwill and cross-sell bank products.
