Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a U.S. college or university.
• Preference for students entering junior or senior year.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Authorized to work permanently in the U.S. forWintrust’s Internship Program.
• We do not offer immigration sponsorship (OPT/CPT).

Responsibilities

• Solve internal and external customer inquiries, complaints, and requests by using a single point of contact resolution.
• Coordinate assistance in resolving deposit, loan, treasury management and other line-of-business issues and elevate to the appropriate department.
• Advise and train internal customers via Branch Support Services on processes, procedures, and systems.
• Provide ongoing relationship servicing to current customers and promote cross-selling of bank products and services.
