Job summary

Wintrust is seeking a Customer Contact Center Representative for its Chicago-area Bank team, delivering best-in-class service by phone and electronic channels in a fast-paced environment.

The initial five weeks are onsite in Rosemont, with 8:30am-5pm Central hours, followed by an evening shift (11:30am-8pm) and occasional Saturday work. Competitive pay with annual bonus eligibility and a broad benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years directly related experience.
• Banking customer service experience - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle internal and external customer inquiries and requests via multiple channels.
• Resolve deposit, loan, treasury management issues and escalate as needed.
• Educate internal customers on processes and systems and suggest improvements.
• Provide ongoing relationship servicing and cross-sell bank products when appropriate.
