• 1-3 years directly related experience.
• Banking customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solve internal and external customer inquiries and requests via phone and electronic channels in a fast-paced multi-media center.
• Coordinate with other banking groups to resolve deposit, loan, treasury management and line-of-business issues.
• Educate internal customers on processes, procedures and systems; train Branch Support Services on resolution methods.
• Maintain ongoing relationship servicing to foster goodwill and cross-sell bank products and services.
