Chick-fil-A in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Back of House Team Member to join our fast-paced kitchen. This full-time position offers 32-45 hours per week, with shifts starting at 2PM, 3PM, 4PM, or 5PM and a requirement to work Saturdays and through closing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and quickly to Chick-fil-A standards
• Know the assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards, prep)
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times
• Stay up-to-date with new Chick-fil-A products and procedures
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues
• Complete openings or closings and follow dress code
• Perform other duties as assigned

Position Type:

• Full-time (32-45 hours per week)

Day-time Availability:

• Shifts starting at: 2PM, 3PM, 4PM, or 5PM
• Mid-Shifts starting earlier are always welcome
• Must be available through closing
• Must be available on Saturdays
• Must have a minimum of 60 hours of availability to qualify for full-time.
• Must be 18 years or old or have a high school diploma or GED equivalent to qualify for full-time.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
