Chick-fil-A is hiring for Back of House Team Member in Covington, GA. Roles include part-time or full-time schedules with shifts from early morning to evening; afternoon availability between 2-4 PM is required.

Pay ranges from $8 to $16 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include food preparation, station knowledge, inventory, cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick‑fil‑A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep.
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times.
• Keep up‑to‑date with new products rolled out by Chick‑fil‑A.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership.
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up‑to‑date on any changes.
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to Chick‑fil‑A rules and dress code at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Type:

• Part-time (15-29 hours per week)
• Full-time (30-40 hours per week)
• Available schedules: 5 AM - 4 PM or 2 PM - 11:00 PM
• Must have afternoon availability between the hours of 2-4 PM

Pay:

• Pay can range from $8-$16 (depending on availability, training period, etc.)
