Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Marrero, LA is seeking a Back of House Team Member to contribute to a friendly, fast-paced kitchen and provide signature Chick-fil-A service.

You will prepare, cook, assemble, and present food while staying up-to-date with new products, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting leadership. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently.
• Know assignments for all kitchen stations (fries, breading, assembling, boards).
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly.
• Stay up-to-date with new Chick-fil-A products.
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Maintain knowledge through in-house training and updates.
• Complete opening or closing tasks.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A dress code and rules.
• Other duties as assigned.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in‑house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
