Qualifications

• Previous kitchen/restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work evenings and maintain reliable attendance.
• Strong teamwork and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety practices.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support evening kitchen and back-of-house operations by completing assigned tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient organization as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout the shift.
• Wash dishes, utensils, equipment, and other kitchen items according to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.
• Restock supplies and help ensure workstations are prepared for ongoing service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to support shift needs.
• Assist with closing duties and general cleanup at the end of the shift.
