Job summary

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a Production Operator for our New Richmond, Wisconsin location to join our manufacturing team. You will contribute to creating high-quality products that meet customer needs and support operations in a climate-controlled facility.

The position offers competitive pay starting at $19.00 per hour, with a 12% premium for the 11pm–7am third shift, and a full benefits package including healthcare, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required, willingness to learn is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual, in-process and final inspection of parts per quality criteria
• Access, read, comprehend, and follow operator’s guide and work instructions
• Trim and package parts according to customer standards
• Communicate status of jobs to previous and following shifts
• Report to your workstation at the agreed upon time
• Complete all documentation accurately using good documentation practices
• Other duties as assigned
