Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 year experience working with psychiatric disorders or co-occurring population.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

• Valid license and a registered, and insured vehicle.
• Approved criminal background and driving check.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager in day-to-day scheduling and team management.
• Serve as a highly effective direct care staff member.
• Model behavior for direct care staff and promote house culture.
• Demonstrate responsibility and attention to detail in management tasks.
• This role can be a first step for direct care staff to demonstrate management abilities.
