As an Evening Janitor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across assigned commercial sites. Your main duties will include:
Performing routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
Cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
Dusting furniture, fixtures, window sills, and surface areas.
Disinfecting high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and countertops.
Maintaining equipment and supply inventories, notifying supervisors when replenishment is needed.
Securing the facility upon completion of duties (locking doors, setting alarms, ensuring windows are closed).
Adhering to safety protocols, including proper chemical handling and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required—we provide thorough training!
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
