Qualifications

• Requires Florida RN license and a Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of five years’ experience as a Registered Nurse, two years teaching and two years management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Academic Dean with staffing and scheduling for day/evening shifts.
• Provide advisement and academic counseling to students and maintain student progression.
• Mentor faculty, evaluate employees at 90-day and annual intervals, and support faculty development.
• Ensure compliance with syllabus, accreditation standards, and clinical/ didactic alignment with Student Learning Outcomes.
• Coordinate clinical orientations, exams, and maintenance of clinical affiliations and documentation.
