The Admissions Coordinator will perform in-person level of care determinations, crisis intervention, initiate contact with referral sources and potential patients, and coordinate the referral and intake process while ensuring smooth admission and ongoing communication with families, patients, and unit staff.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field required.
• RN is required or preferred; active licensure may be required.

Responsibilities

• In-person level of care determinations and crisis intervention.
• Coordinate referral and intake process with families, patients, and referral sources.
• Facilitate admissions and maintain communication with unit staff and families.
