Responsibilities

• Assess walk-in and phone callers to determine appropriate services and schedule initial psychiatric assessments.
• Answer inquiries about treatment and services; present options and set appointments.
• Coordinate admissions by collaborating with business office and triaging patients as needed.
• Provide clerical support to the Care Coordination Manager and document in the electronic record system.
• Maintain stock of forms and supplies for the Care Coordination Department.
• Process consent forms, admission paperwork, and orientation of patients to units/programs.
