Job summary

Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration is seeking an Area Supervisor for Fort Wayne on second shift. The role leads cleaning teams across multiple facilities, trains staff, inspects quality, and ensures timely coverage to meet customer expectations.

Expect strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate schedules and supplies. Evening shifts run 5:00 PM–2:30 AM with a pay range of $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience.
• Availability to work full‑time evening shifts with flexible start and end times based on workload.
• Ability to travel between multiple buildings during the scheduled shift.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company insurance requirements.
• Reliable transportation. A company vehicle may be available for use during the shift, depending on the assigned area.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Ability to perform routine walking, standing, bending, and carrying items weighing up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Lead cleaning teams across multiple facilities, train employees, and inspect cleaning quality.
• Coordinate coverage and ensure consistent, professional service for customers.
• Monitor staffing and work hours to meet labor goals for each building.
• Manage supplies and respond to customer feedback with timely follow‑ups.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain building security and SDS handling.
• Maintain communication with teams, Operations, and other management.
