Job summary

Ciocca Cleaning & Restoration in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking an Area Supervisor for the 2nd shift. You08210;ll lead cleaning teams across multiple facilities, train staff, inspect quality, coordinate coverage, and ensure consistent, professional service.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to organize priorities across sites. Evening hours are 5:00 PM to 2:30 AM, with some flexibility and the potential for a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning experience.
• Full-time evening availability.
• Ability to travel between multiple buildings.
• Valid drivers license and driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Ability to perform routine walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain cleaning expectations for each facility.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure work meets standards.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing guidance.
• Monitor attendance and performance of employees.
• Arrange coverage or perform cleaning duties when staff are absent.
• Manage staffing and work hours to meet labor goals.
• Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
• Respond to customer feedback and communicate follow-up to the team.
• Follow safety procedures, including proper chemical handling and SDS usage.
• Maintain building security and track assigned keys.
• Complete training records, evaluations, and disciplinary documentation.
• Communicate with cleaning teams, Operations, and management.
• Keep assigned company vehicle clean.
