Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking an Anesthesia Technician to assist licensed anesthesia providers with equipment care, monitoring and sterile setup in the OR.

You will maintain inventories, rotate stock, float to L&D, Cath Lab, MRI as needed, and help prepare supplies and manage anesthesia delivery systems before, during and after procedures. The role requires evening flexibility and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• BLS American Heart Association (BLS/ECARD) certification required.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesia providers with care and monitoring of equipment.
• Maintain inventory and rotate stock to prevent expirations.
• Clean and set up anesthesia equipment for procedures.
• Float to L&D, Cath Lab, MRI, etc. as needed.
• Assist with A-line/Central-line placement and sterile technique.
• Process laryngoscopes, bronchoscopes, and glide scopes per manufacturers' guidelines.
