Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking Direct Care Workers to provide 1:1 in-home support for recipients. You will work in clients' homes, helping with daily living tasks, promoting independence, and supporting personal goals in a compassionate, patient manner.

We offer full- and part-time roles with flexible schedules, paid training, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process to get you started quickly.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Reliable transportation to assignments.
• Able to pass background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to recipients.
• Encourage and assist with skill-building activities.

You will be working in our clients homes while supporting, encouraging and helping with skill building activities. You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment. ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
