Renaissance St. Louis Airport is seeking a reliable dishwasher to support our kitchen and dining operations.

You will load, run and unload dish machines, keep the dish room clean, and ensure sanitary wash cycles while maintaining an ample supply of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen. The role involves moderate physical work including lifting and moving items, standing for long periods, and reporting any equipment issues, with duties extending to basic food prep as needed.

Formación

• Minimum lifting of 70 pounds.
• Pushing, bending, stooping, upward reaching, manual dexterity.
• Hearing.
• Minimum pulling of 70 pounds.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Load, run and unload dish machine
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.
• Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle
• Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
• Keep dish room clean and organized
• Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen
• Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
• Segregate and remove trash and garbage and place all in designated containers and haul to dumpster
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or by use of hand truck.
• Perform basic food prep as needed.
• Clean food preparation and production areas as required.
• Maintain health and sanitation standards.
