• Ensure registration documents reach the correct area promptly.
• Follow EMTALA, Joint Commission, Medicare and HIPAA guidelines.
• Verify insurance eligibility via INVISION HDX, phone or web.
• Maintain timely, accurate data entry in the computer system.
• Communicate payment options and assist with co-pays and plans.
• Support a team environment and adapt to workload peaks.
