Qualifications

• Two years of hospital admitting office experience as a Lead.

• Basic understanding of medical terminology.

• Computer literacy and proficiency.
• Customer service skills appropriate to the job.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee patient access staff and workflows.
• Arrange efficient admission of inpatients and outpatients.
• Ensure accurate collection of patient information and adherence to hospital policy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
