Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months related work experience preferred.
• Transcripts/certifications must be uploaded to document qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Responds to requests and needs of visitors and students.
• Keeps abreast of admissions regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Provides information by phone, mail, and in person regarding applicant procedures and admission requirements.
• Processes new student applications and related information and prepares student files.
• Enters data from forms and reports using GALIS software.
• Assists with campus visits and group tours as needed.
• Completes trainings in a timely manner.
