Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Indianapolis seeks an Account Compliance Manager to oversee quality control of operations and manage contractor relationships within the franchise. You will work to meet client expectations, ensure policy compliance, and drive continuous process improvements.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to operate across diverse facilities, with a shift from 4pm to midnight.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2–3 years of management experience; coaching and leading multi-unit teams preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive relationships with Independent Contractors (IC) and clients.
• Review scope of work and ensure quality assurance per account to retain or gain business.
• Communicate with Facility Solutions Manager daily and provide nightly recap via email/phone.
• Recommend IC work assignments and monitor compliance with service level agreements.
• Oversee inspections, customer requests, and new client Starts; VIP treatment when needed.
• Enforce New-Start, Customer Complaint, Four Star policies and other procedures.
• Ensure compliance with client policies, approved tools, and their proper use.
