Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A background check will be conducted as part of the employment process.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and shipping-related access authorizations, and maintain records.
• Control access to the facility, vehicle areas, and restricted spaces; report unauthorized access and security concerns.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations following escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
