Job summary

Advancing Beyond the Spectrum (ABS) is seeking a part-time ABA Therapist in Lanham, MD for evenings (5:30–7:00 PM, Monday through Friday). You will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols to children with autism and developmental delays in home, school, and community settings.

You’ll collect data, assist with parent training, and support BCBA with assessments as needed. HIPAA compliance and BACB ethics remain priorities, with ongoing training and credentialing

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Current RBT certification or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Current BLS certification or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Provide regular progress updates to parents and caregivers.
