Job summary

Advancing Beyond the Spectrum (ABS) seeks an ABA Therapist to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental disabilities in home, school, and community settings. You will collect data, assist with parent training, and support the BCBA with assessments as needed.

The role requires working part-time in Bel Air, MD during day hours, with a focus on compassionate, ethical service and HIPAA compliance. Prior RBT experience in home environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• RBT certification current or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• BLS certification current or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of programs.
• Provide regular progress updates to parents/caregivers as instructed by the BCBA.
• Assist BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
