Advancing Beyond the Spectrum in Havre de Grace, MD seeks an ABA Therapist for a part-time role providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. You will implement prescribed plans, collect data, and assist BCBA with family training and progress updates.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, RBT and BLS certifications (or willingness to obtain), and reliable transportation. The position offers a flexible, part-time schedule with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in or completion of Bachelor's degree in psychology, human services, healthcare, education, or related fields preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Current BLS certification, or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by licensed BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of the treatment plan.
• Provide regular written and verbal progress updates on treatment goals.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with the treatment team and other professionals.
