Job summary

360 Human Services (formally known as JFHS LLC) seeks Part-Time Behavioral Technicians to work with children and teens diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental disorders. You will be part of a clinical team, conducting 1:1 sessions under supervision, and receive extensive paid on-the-job training.

Responsibilities include implementing goals using DTT/NET, documenting progress, protecting client confidentiality, and coordinating with BCBA and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a High school diploma.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have a passion to positively affect change in a child's life.
• Prior exposure working with toddlers, children, and/or teens.
• Stand, sit, twist, kneel, bend-over, walk and engage on the floor; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 direct sessions focusing on measurement, assessment and skill acquisition.
• Document and report progress and maintain client confidentiality.
• Read goals and implement them with correct stimuli or activities.
• Use DTT and NET strategies in sessions.
• Maintain knowledge of behavioral functions and collect ABC data.
• Utilize paper and electronic platforms including Central Reach.
