Qualifications

• High school or GED is required.
• Knowledge of basic math, blueprints and routers is required.
• Knowledge of measuring tools/gauges and cutting tools is required.
• 3–5 years preferred, CNC mill and CNC lathe experience or 5‑axis experience.
• Demonstrates good work ethic and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Mazak Integrex mill-turn machines for production.
• Perform first article inspections and ensure products meet specs.
• Load parts using overhead lifting equipment and set machine offsets.
• Read blueprints and determine dimensions, tolerances, and tooling needs.
• Maintain clean work area and comply with safety and quality procedures.
• Identify and address machinist issues to prevent downtime.
