UMass Memorial Health in Webster, MA is seeking a Mental Health Associate for the Co-Occurring Disorders Unit. This on-site, full-time role involves direct patient care, safety monitoring, documentation, and leading group activities during the 2nd shift.

You will collaborate with nurses, physicians, and health staff to support patient-centered care. Requirements include a high school diploma, AHA CPR certification, and restraint training within 30 days.

Formación

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• AHA CPR certification required upon hire or during orientation and every two years thereafter.
• Avade 2 restraint training within 30 days of hire.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Two years experience in a health-related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Participates as a member of the mental health team on an inpatient behavioral health unit.
• Provides direct patient care including treatment planning, documentation, and milieu safety assessments.
• Maintains patient safety with safety checks and environmental rounds.
• Leads or co-leads group activities and supports therapeutic programming.
