Job summary

ManpowerGroup client in Valencia, CA is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Operator to support the production team in packaging and operations. You will set up and operate filling and labeling equipment, monitor quality, and maintain production logs.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of manufacturing/warehousing experience, plus ability to read SOPs in English and basic math. Lift up to 50 lbs and work 3pm–11:30pm.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing and/or warehousing experience.
• Ability to read and understand standard operating procedures in English.
• Basic math skills for equipment adjustments and product counts.
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic and semi-automatic filling and labeling equipment.
• Monitor equipment and product quality throughout the production line.
• Perform in-process quality checks and maintain accurate production logs.
• Train and cross-train other operators on production line functions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
