Job summary

Manpower is hiring a Production Worker for a leading packaging manufacturer. You will support the production process, operating equipment such as Hot Melt, Heat Welders, Arm & Post Stitchers, Pallet Jacks and Stretch Wrappers to ensure quality and safety standards.

Candidates should have manufacturing experience, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks with accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable, able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as Hot Melt, Heat Welders, Arm & Post Stitchers, Pallet Jacks, and Stretch Wrappers.
• Follow all manufacturing instructions closely to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area.
• Assist in physical inventory counts during month-end, year-end, and audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals.
